Who you are dealing with

My Tour Planners is owner-operated out of Ashok Vihar. There is no call centre and no handover to someone who has not read your file. The person who sends the quote is the person who booked the hotel.

To the MTP team: the sentence above has to be something checkable that the owner actually does — “I check every hotel myself before it goes into a quote” works, a mission statement does not. Add a real photograph of the owner at 800×800; a stock face here will cost you more trust than no face at all.
